« on: April 30, 2016, 10:34:24 AM »
I was wondering if there are any good places to go and get something to eat (not too expensive) close to the ground? any ideas?

I've got food from M&S before now to take back in. There are also few fast food places in the precinct.

There was a Thai cafe in the multi storey.

Still there isn’t it? Excellent. Real taste of Thailand. Eat there or take away, and the tables outside are just like those in Bangkok side streets. Not licensed though.

Try 'Slice' next to the library.

The Queens Head corner of Lower Anchor Street and Baker Street is pretty good.

Although I'm a fan of Leks, I'm surprised no-one's mentioned the Orange Tree!
