I think the ECB have set this up well. The Aussies ask for some practice matches and we give them 2 sides hardly setting the world alight in Division 2.  Giving them a false sense of security before England.

Ask for Wednesday i've taken the first 3 days off work i just hope its not wasted leave.

2 days for Australia to post 700 odd & a day for them to bowl us out twice sounds about right.

Apparently its 1948 again. I'm thinking of either getting a Morris 8 or tuberculosis. Let's hope they don't cut the sweets rations again. All stand for God Save the King & Empire.

In 1948 the Aussies only batted for one day. Still got 721.
