Members offers
« on: May 07, 2015, 03:06:22 PM »
Afternoon,

Please see http://www.essexcricket.org.uk/exclusive-member-offers/

This details a number of offers from local companies which allow Members to save money.

Cannot stress enough, if someone names a company (a real one) we will do our best to set an offer up with them. The current list is the starting point!

Thanks, Danny

Danny.

Just to be clear - Can I get 50p off every pint etc. every time I go into the Ivory Peg and 20% off food and drink every time I go into the Golden Fleece?

Does this apply to match days?

If so the queue will stretch back to the ground.

"To take advantage of the discount simply show your Membership card at any of the particapting outlets below."

Maybe somone needs a dictionary ...

Btw, I don't seem to get 'over and out' anymore - is there a way of getting it again without making a ticket account?

Thanks. So not much use to the vast majority of members who like outside Chelmsford. Do I

Is this restriction impose by the pubs or the club?

Afternoon, by the Club

As mentioned above, simply recommend a place in Essex / nearby areas and we will contact them. Thanks

Make sure I understand this. The pub would be quite happy to give a discount to the club's members on match days but the club has precluded this?  Surely this flies in the face of your mantra of increasing membership value? Although given this season's events I guess we shouldn't be surprised.

They've got to try & shift that Shepherd Neame swill somehow.

Hi,

We have to find a balance...

We want to reward Members, at the same time we have to ensure we continue to raise income to in turn invest in the playing squad, Academy and facilities.

Thanks

you could raise income by having a word with Mr Grayson and suggesting he get the groundsman to shave some grass off the pitch. Presumably you don't plan revenue for every hour of a four day match but losing five or  six sessions a game must impinge on your profits.

Hi I have been a member just for a couple of years and go occasionally to Championship games. In previous seasons there was a discount book with vouchers to allow members to bring in guests free for a couple of games which I found very beneficial.  Are we no longer able to do this?
Many thanks.

Evening

We now do this via the website to save the Club, and therefore members, money

Thanks
