 I noticed that Will Jefferson, along with Reece Topley were the guests at last weeks' lunch at Chelmsford. Did anyone who posts on here attend, if so, what did the conversation/ Q & A's focus on?

If I'd have known that two intelligent and engaging speakers as Jeffo and Toppers were present, I may have attended. Makes a pleasant change from the usual egotistic clown!

Jeffo to come back to ECCC? He used to be a fast bowler in his youth - I knew someone who ran the u-19s for another well known northern CC who knew his father.

A real shame Jefferson had to retire through injury a couple of years ago, in his early days at Essex great things were expected of him, he certainly had it in him to have a very good career but injuries & other things conspired to cut it all short sadly.
