Micro designs an unofficial mini Lego company have these two test grounds on their product portfolio. They already do Premier League football stadiums so expect if the take up for these two iconic cricket  grounds is good leading up to Christmas no doubt more test grounds will be added.
If they ever get to produce the  County grounds expect Chelmsford HQ to be the cheapest !

I thought that the model of the proposed ground, in the photo with David East, was made out of Lego. That and the actual ground, if it ever was built.

 The original plan did have a model made, not mini Lego though,  that was on display in the museum for several months together with a large file with computer animation pictures to view.

Depending on how the negotiations went. The model makers, employed by the Architects, leave messages stating what they think of the client, inside the model.

The way things are going it'd be quicker and cheaper to re-build the ground in lego/duplo.
