Another big game tomo. Anyone planning to go or watching on Sky?

Can anyone clarify the format as its different to previous years. Is it the top 4 qualify with 2 top getting home ties?

Will watch this on tv as can't get away from work in time.

Should be a good game as Kent have started brightly also - cue a Stevo 50 and 4fer!

Top 4 from each group go through to the quarter-finals so yes I assume the top two in each group get the four home q/f's ?

Might be an opportunity for an evening out with Monty - although that could finish DS' season early.

just checked the format and its:

The winner of each group will have a home match in the quarter-finals against the fourth team from the other group. The runner-ups from each group will play at home against the third placed team from the other group. The semi-finals will be a free draw from all the qualified teams.

I also think we only play Sussex and Somerset once in the group as opposed to all the others twice. Shame Hampshire wasnt one of them as they will win the group as usual.

Finals days is at Edgbaston on 23 August

Big game for both teams as we both have 6 points & a chance to keep the pressure on Hants, a win tonight plus against Gloucs would set us up nicely.

I'd go with the same side as Surrey perhaps only bringing in Masters for Salisbury but Matt bowled well in that game and previous matches so deserves another crack.

it does mention Salisbury is a doubt with a sore back, so you maybe right with Masters
