It wouldn't surprise me to see them rotate the seamers a bit.  Will Cook play 3 games in 4 days after coming off a hamstring injury?  They have given Snater a few games off in this as well.

Every edge in the book has gone their way with the bat and flown for boundaries. Outside edge, under edge, inside edge, top edge, the lot. When its not your day its not your day.

Commentators saying 207 could be a par score, but I think it's a little too much for a batting lineup with no Cox (or Sams).

Pretty poor catching and fielding. My Granny could have caught the one that Das dropped. Can?t honestly see is getting anywhere near close to winning this game.

Incredible game.

Dire fielding. Poor bowling.

Pepper sublime.  One of the best T20 innings from an Essex batsman that I can remeber.

Allison a fantastic mature knock.

Magnificent win! Totally unexpected after being 5 down early on. Michael Pepper on form is tremendous to watch. Surely a place in the England white ball squad can't be too far away.

And Charlie Allison is going to be some player. An innings of great maturity to see Essex home.

A tough final 2 games, but the quarter finals are in sight.

The over from Carson that Allison took down totally changed the game. Pepper would not have been able to do that without that explosion. And again, not a single reverse sweep was played!

I'd suggest he needs some runs in everyones favourite competition to do that.  He's barely scored a run in it so far.

WOW!!...what an innings from Pepper (and brilliantly backed up by Allison). The match was all but over at 90-5 (after some very poor batting from the "more experienced players"!) but these two played with a maturity and quality that bodes well for the future. Well done to them and one more win should see us into the QF's.

We have 15 points now.  Only Surrey, Sussex and Somerset can get more, so 1 more point would see us through 100%.  It's more than possible we have enough points already.  Hampshire and Glamorgan can get 15 if they win all 3 matches they have left and Gloucestershire can get 15 if they win the 2 they have left.
