And Hampshire away tomorrow.

I don’t think Nijjar will play!

Would have lost this regardless of bowlers, who ALL bowled poorly.
Hope top guns, ( still not learning), watched class innings by Denly, proper cricket shots, rather than swish and hope.

Just needed to beat Kent to virtually guarantee qualification. With our remaining fixtures we probably will t qualify. Crazy. A week of nonsense from England and now Essex

Probably doing us a favour throwing away qualification. Saves us getting utterly embarrassed by one of the Northern teams.

Nijar is a complete and utter waste of a salary. Was poor last year and should never have been retained on anything more than a 1 year deal each season.

Snater is a worry he's really not cut out for this format and his CC form is now less mercurial and more average. We have basically one good seam bowler and 2 if you include ports in 4 day cricket (and he's way off his best) to me the seam attack remains a huge concern across all formats.

I'd rather see jamal play than snater.

Unlikely to have made any difference but why the hell did Sams bowl his third over when they only needed 10 to win?  He bowled 2 of the first 3 overs took 1-13 and then wasn’t tried til the 18th over.  Playing an extra spinner when in the last game Harmer and Critchley got smashed, not too clever either.  I’m sure Beard will get his chance tomorrow.

Blenkenstein  has a stress fracture, and won't  be available  any time soon.

Good question. I have no idea as to why.

Is Porter really so bad at T20 the he wouldn't be an improvement on Snater and Allison?

Can't bat, unremarkable  fielder,  and gets hammered for plenty. He is not suited to T20.
