I have returned from The County Ground as for at least the third time this season, there is no parking in the main car park and Meteor Way is full. The places have been taken by the various parasites that hang round the commitee. Thanks to Essex CCC's fellow travellers in Chelmsford City Council the car parks in the City do not take cash.

Only getting the yearbook for free when I pointed out that any changes had not been communicated, and this may apply to life members as well.
I do not dine at the ground and as play is uncertain on the 4th day of a Championship match only Ham Egg and Chips is served. i visited a place in Kent and although they had a greater captive audience, they charged half the price. They also had other choices unlike Essex CCC where there is only one which has to be booked in advance. if you cannot eat it for Religious or Dietary reasons, tough.
