A good friend has got hold of the fixture list, Warwickshire and Durham at Billericay in early April.

Castle Park in early July v Hampshire.

4 x 20/20 games at Garons, these were very well supported last season.

Only game

 at Chelmsford, 20\20 v Kent

Thanks. I assume no Coggeshall or Halstead fixtures?

The Coggeshall club says there is.

Not sure when though.

No Halstead or Coggeshall, I think all of the 4 day is at Billericay.
Well at least the bar will be open at Billericay CC. Oh wait...

The Sarfend conurbation is a huge catchment area for all things Essex cricket and they should still be playing 1XI matches there...but at Southchurch Park.

Nice of the County to finally publish the 2nds fixtures but I now see that the game against Durham is to be played in Suffolk at Woolpit, nice ground to be honest

The first championship game v Warwickshire on 10 April at Billericay appears to have been cancelled - presumably because an alternative venue could not found?
The one day game at Fenners on Thurs 6th has been called off because of a wet ground

Why is Billericay not available?

Absolute shambles, along with no communication, I presume the game will have to be rearranged at a later date?

Also who is paying the Warwickshire expenses as I presume this close they will have booked hotels etc?

I understand their groundsman retired. He kept a number of grounds in the county and a large number of clubs are now strugling.

The groundstaff at Billericay are contracted by Essex who started advertising two posts in February
