Hosting error, don’t say someone forgot to re-register the domain??  Would just about sum up this season...

Wasn’t Leyton Orient also going to use the Olympic stadium at one stage? Strange and rather uncomfortable parallels with ECCC.

Orient under Barry Hearn did want to use Stratford but the ODA wouldn't let them. To be fair Brisbane Road is very near the Olympic park so I had some sympathy with them. Using Stratford may have been a bullet dodged. I imagine the ECB wouldn't lift a finger to bail out Essex if it aĺl went horrendously wrong financially

Agreed. However, ECCC will not be playing at the Olympic Stadium, so no issue.
