The £7 has been agreed by Committee

Another reason to boot them out?

To clarify the river end stand and the two adjacent blocks are unreserved seats, we cannot reserve them as we do not know the space or precise space Sky will take up. Obviously the ground is an open ground for t20 games, any queries please shout

Thanks, Danny

Danny

Thanks for reply. This is a change from all previous statements which imply the whole river end is reserved. Also are you saying the upper river stand will now be unreserved.
Your last reply almost returns us to last years arrangement, so what was all a fuss about.

Thank again

Danny,
Do you know when unreserved members tickets for T20 at Colchester will be on sale. As there will be only 1000 members tickets available, we want to get them sorted ASAP.

Also is there a map available of seating areas  for Colchester T20

I am a non member and wanted to buy a couple of T20 tickets. I went into the ticket office today and was informed that cheapest non members ticket is £29!!!!! At which point I turned around and walked out!
I am a pretty certain it was only £21/22 last season, so that is a massive hike if true. Was this a mistake by the girl at the counter???

Despite the flannel from the club about healthy membership renewals they've obviously got to make up the shortfall somehow.

Nigh on 30 quid for Crash-Bang-Wallop is pushing it though.

Danny,

What happened to all the unreserved seating you promised in Parkway Terrace and Lower River Stand. Has this been changed.

Supporters have made decisions on what tickets to buy, on the info you gave.

Thanks for post,

The River Stand is now a reserved seating area. The 1EasyCall Stand (parkway terrace), blocks 1 and 2 will not be released until nearer the game, once we know pitch allocation and Sky gantry position. Blocks 3 and 4 are reserved seating areas areas and proving very popular.

Members can sit for the £11 rate in Hayes Close, Pavilion or Pavilion benches. Plus can opt to sit on the Eagles Grass Area for no additional price.

We have made approx 900 seats (that is the average T20 Membership take up) available for each game, 1,000 for Colchester.

Appreciate this is a slight variation from January post but mirrors website content and Magazine content.

We are here to listen, so any queries please let us know via questions@essexcricket.org.uk. We can change a booking at this early stage for Members and their guests. The above had to change to allow Members to pre book and guarantee their seat, with two games starting earlier (see fixtures) we listened to feedback where regular requests were made for River Lower (and upper) to be reserved. Sorry had forgotten to update this thread.

We are doing all we can to ensure T20 fans and Members have a seat, we have reduced our capacity to improve the overall experience. Thanks, Danny

although as a member i can get a ticket for £11 there seems hardly any places to sit apart from a few odd benches. We used to sit in whats normally the public section which had a few blocks as unreserved as half a decent view which is what you need with kids, seating in Hayes Close etc make viewing awful unless you get at the front.

Members reserved tickets are £18 - what about Junior members is this £18 as well because as a junior guest is just £15. bit confused. Think these prices are shocking for kids to be honest!

With the new whooping £29 prices for non members i expected alot of the reserved sections not to fill, will these be released as more non reserved areas?
