Thanks. My initial observation is...too many committees. I'll comment further when I've conjured up the minerals to read the constitution.

The Club's Constitution mentions an Executive Committee (EC) but there is no separate listing of its members or detailed responsibilities.

There is a Members Committee (MC) but it is not mentioned in the Constitution (unless I have missed it).

What powers/responsibilities does the MC have?

Under section 4
i. to engage such officials and employees upon such terms and
at such remuneration as the Board may deem appropriate, and to
dismiss or retire any of them as may be necessary;

Who would be your candidates for the dismiss or retire clause?
