Doesn't sound quite right does it?

Agreed, not the greatest name, unfortunately these things are a necessary evil nowadays and surely no county club can afford to turn down a significant amount of money that is offered in exchange for a load of old rope.
At least they are an Essex based company. Good luck to them. I am sure they can only bring positives.
Given the nature of their business I sincerely hope the ground will smarten up a bit and everybody, especially supporters, will see the benefits of this partnership.
Obviously it all sounds like a radio station, but it is a highly memorable name and that can only be a good thing for a company that is seeking to expand. I hope the club press on and get on with the far more important businesses of bowling, batting and fielding.

The fact that so many people are talking about Cloudfm across all social media in the last 24 hours means their investment is already paying dividends! My sources tell me it is a very significant investment from the new sponsor and indeed they will help in smartening up the ground as part of the deal. A local company making a big investment in Essex Cricket, we really should all applaud! Well done the Commercial Deal for securing the deal.

Has any money changed hands yet? Don't trust anything relating to 'clouds' they tend to be based on puffs of air and evaporating when the sun shines...

Every cloud has a silver lining!

I'd prefer the club to be paid sponsorship in pounds...or US Dollars.

St Helens RL club have the "Totally Wicked Stadium". Could we not have got something like that ?
-
'Wander lonely as a cloud' stadium?

Doubt they're stumping up as much as Ford did.
Still any sponsor is better than no sponsor I suppose.
-
That sounds encouraging Daren - it could be a very good partnership for us and his company :)

Well hopefully this sponsorship will mean the end of the Totally Dilapidated Stadium.

Are you going to grace the ground next season with your presence? Just want to know so I can avoid you.

I thought the Amir deal meant you cancelling your membership.

Guess one man's Amir is another man's Grayson. ;D

Handbags away!
I get the impression certain persons either didn't get a Valentine's present this year or (even worse) forgot to purchase said gift for Significant Other... :D
If CFM put some investment in financial or infrastructure-wise, I'll be happy.

I thought my being present was the problem. ;)
