We do not need a Forum, to make clear the sensible members thoughts on the current position.

24 hours notice is totally unacceptable.

They should publish the results to ALL members.

Will the Forum, contain the following.

A statement, not a question along the lines of. I love Essex, or former player. Who is no longer involved with the club.

A debate on a subject, that has time spent on it. In inverse proportion to its importance. For example, problems with the scoreboard.

After the meeting has concluded. Two or three of the most objectionable of the older members. Buttonhole the CEO and Coach, who are trying to leave and get back to what they should be doing.

So one day's notice and 30 minutes to discuss matters that concern/interest members. The Board really do dislike the membership.

Perhaps someone could ask why 1st team men?s games have to be played on the edge of the square with Mickey Mouse sized boundaries.
