Will the club ever make a profit again?
Only two ways it can make a profit in its current guise.

A sale to private ownership with the capital to invest heavily (nine figures) into moving ground, or radical redevelopment.

Remaining member-owned but with a significant slashing of the playing/staff budget which sees all our best players go elsewhere and the club be consigned to D2 wasteland with the likes of Derby/Leicester, at least until the ECB puts them all out of their misery and breaks away with the counties at Test match venues. That may not guarantee a profit either as membership/ticket sales would no doubt be affected by the team no longer being competitive.
The club needs to remain member-owned but raise funds to re-develop the ground. Either a loan (not preferred) or sell some sort of debenture to members.

No doubt the club will be able to find a suitable investor. The same as they found a suitable ground developer.

As, I said earlier. I give the club five years maximum.

Will there be, as I have seen at AGM's, a one-man walkout, from someone not happy at what is being said. The said person, trying to get others to join him and the rest of the room, trying to show that they do not know him.

Someone, if there is criticism of anyone in the playing, coaching or admin staff. Throwing a tantrum on their behalf, although the member of staff is quite capable of defending themselves, if they wished to.

No, I have not been drinking. Although during games, usually after tea. There is a random visit from a drunk to upstairs, who has wandered in from the Park next door.

Someone, should have returned home soon and can give a report of what was discussed, and if there was anything in the meeting that was unintentionally funny.

Reading what is a brief summary. My comments are.

Income to meet the budget.

From observations of the last few seasons. Income is decreasing, rather than increasing. Charging more for Meteor Way, Scorecards and cutting back on the beverages and biscuits in the Premier suite, will only go so far.

A ground development partnership, with the University. You chose this, just as Higher Education is having a funding crisis.

 Seems like groundhog AGM .

Lost more money than normal due to the Newton Report.
ECB money not to increase through decade .
Want to develop ground -rather than move - which needs ground rent for income.
