You have to have some sympathy with the selectors as the ECB have done huge damage to 50 over cricket by adding the Hundred and stopping all the decent players playing it but they don't seem to know the difference between T20 and 50 over cricket. The 50 team is basically a T20 side picking all of Salt, Jacks and Livingstone in the top 6. Put them against a half decent attack and they're always going to struggle.
