Crazy game. I will excuse the bowlers from both teams because the ball appeared to be continuously wet.

Trying to follow on cricinfo. Site keeps crashing, but Surrey now need 70 off 10 balls. No no balls or wides please.
Reddevil - you could have watched on the Essex Livestream :)

Incredible & the perfect response to last night, especially sweet to thrash Surrey at T20 for the first time in at least 3 years (at The Oval during Euros in 2016 the last time I think).
Very well done Essex.

Agree about it being a crazy match!! I wonder if theres ever been 400 runs scored from just 30 overs before? Poor bowling and wet ball aside, it was still an amazing effort from Delport and Lawrence and it showed that we DO have some real big hitters in the side, AND that once (if he ever does, that is) Amir plays and possibly either Porter or Cook are back, then we may well have a chance to progress in this competition after all!
Well done to the team tonight.

Many thanks essexfan548 but must confess unsure how to access livestream. Is it on the Essex CCC app?

Will try to locate for next match.

The money men will obviously disagree but it terms of the competition, a draw would feel like a win with the teams being the equivalent of a Man City vs West Ham game.

Must get money on West Ham to beat Man City first game of the season.  ;D

The live stream is a also available directly from  You Tube.  Search Essex Tv.  I find this easier than accessing from the Essex website especially as I can get You Tube on the Tv.

If you can get youtube then you have the internet on your TV? The Livestream is on the Essex website.

Don't  know what I made of last night. Good fun but no replacement for the contrasts of 1st class cricket. Impressive hitting but it was getting to rhe point where a 6 became a shrug of the shoulders. Thought some of Lawrences straight drives were the pick of the batting.
Zampas wicket maiden was definitely the most impressive bit of cricket.
Can't help thinking we saw enough last night to be confident we have moved forward as a T20 team but how far? Time will tell.

I hope that the Samaritans will be helping the bowlers on both sides after last night. Welcome to Chelmsford Mr Delboy.

my tv doesn’t have a browser but it does have you tube as an app. It means I can watch on a bigger screen.

It’s just another , In my view easier option, if you have that functionality.
