Sounds like a right dogs breakfast. I wonder if the MCC will wear some of the stipulations? They might not be so keen on Lord's being taken out of other use for this tournament? I guess Lord's wouldn't be crucial, especially if the Oval and Stratford were used, but there might not be much of a window for the latter between its use for athletics and football?
