Danny, it would be helpful if a list of contents was included in the envelope.

Clearly several of us didn't get flyers that were supposed to be in the November envelope and, of course, we were unaware. If a list of contents had been included, or even posted on here or the Essex site, then we would have known.

Just to give a word of praise to the Membership team - my Son paid for my 2015 Membership but when it came through they had done it in his name rather than mine, I rang on Tues 24th to correct this, spoke to Rowan who kindly did so by phone & promised the new pack within 14 days - I got it on Fri 27th, Well done Guys.

I'd echo that - helpful and efficient from the membership team. Sorted out some Australians tickets yesterday with no hassle.
