seconds performance this season

Ive just been looking at the seconds team's performance so far this season. There is more lost games then games won. Hardly promising if we are going to be drawing on the second team for the rest of the season.

not significant, 2xi cricket is all about individual performances. There also tends to be a large turnover of players.

Good to see Dixon showing promise in the 2s against a strong Surrey side.

Once he gets control of his undoubted pace and finds the English length, I have no doubt he will flourish with ECCC.

Certainly in years gone by the purpose of the 2nds was to develop players for the 1st team with little relevance placed on results and all on development/progress, as has been said there is a big turnover of players.
