It's not a scoreboard, it's a display screen bought to enable advertising, "crowd interaction", "kiss cams", "crowd karaoke" and other such gimmicks for the use of the Commercial department. It's use as a scoreboard for those of us who are actually interested in the game is the lowest priority.
