He does, sadly the supposed Wheater upgrade has looked barely better.
We just seem a bit clueless when it comes to batting first. We have no idea on how to set a total. We've lost our last 8 matches we've batted first in.
Did anyone outside of the ECCC bunker think Buttleman was an upgrade on Wheater? Mind you the latter threw a hissy fit and moved on to a much better remunerated role in The City: those toilets don’t clean themselves…
I was referring to Rossington as the Wheater upgrade being barely better than Buttleman this season.
He’s better than Wheater.
Maybe he is but he hasn't shown it with the bat this year.
Not often enough, although having an idiot run him out when set might have made a difference.
