In the past various posters have had problems etc with the Ticket Office so I'd like to redress this & give them some praise. On Monday (the first day of Members applying in person for T20 tickets), I visited the office, paid for my T20 Season Ticket, got a receipt & was told they would be sent to me in the next few weeks - no problem with that .(I also got E Mail confirmation of receipt that afternoon) This morning they duly arrived so well done for the efficiency, I have to say I have always been dealt with very efficiently by the Office whether by phone or in person.
