At the risk of him getting hypothermia I'm sure I'm not the only one who would have paid money to pour a bucket of cold water over Grayson's head.

After Hamps. emphatic win today, I'm waiting for Larry to announce that the club is still on target for promotion, providing we can win 4 of our remaining 3 games.

That's actually quite sensible by his standards. ;D

Along with that Grayson perennial; "if only the season had lasted another month......"

I'd forgotten that chestnut.
What a moron he is.

Last season's report from PG began
"Not for the first time, a slow start ultimately put paid to our promotion chances in the LV=County Championship...."
so he can cut & paste that for 2014.
Then he went on to say "We now have a strong side when everyone is available....." I suppose it was bit of a shock this season when he realised that Cook/Bopara/RtD weren't available all season

I'm surprised he wasn't shocked when he realised Shah was also unavailable.

That was his public utterance when Shah was signed. When it came to awarding him a contract extension for that duration consisting of his annual three months of substandard, half-interested appearances he 'contributed', Grayson was forced to 'fess' up that actually he'd known all along and it was part of a cosy little agreement the player and Club had reached when he joined ECCC ::)
