Post by: Starfish on July 26, 2014, 07:41:44 AM
Morning,

Obviously a busy few days ahead. A reminder that the policy for members and public is online.

We want to make the process as quick and easy as possible for everyone - if you do have any queries I will ensure I check on here regularly or I can be contacted via danny.macklin@essexcricket.org.uk or questions@essexcricket.org.uk

Thanks, Danny Macklin, Commercial Director

Is there no queuing system on the ticketline as just get engaged all the time and have to keep ringing back?

Just to be positive (not many do that on our Forums), I got through dead on 1pm on Saturday (much to my surprise!), was actually the first person to be dealt with & was sorted within 5 minutes, so Well done for that.

Lucky boy, rung about 30 times during 1 and 4 to get an engaged tone and not even sat in a queue. All sorted now though.

Took less than 5 mins to buy 4 tickets.

in the event of having just enough time for 10 overs on Sat - would they have a 5 overs a side game rather than finish it Sunday I presume?

Really ?  I would have thought on a matter like this there would be guidelines not leaving it to the whims of a few people on the day !
