Title: What the **** is going on at Derbyshire?

Players leaving left right and centre. Have they been signing flakes or is there something more fundamental going on?

Graham Welch: frying pan and fire comes to mind.

I wonder if they have an equivalent BB to this one? It would be in meltdown!

Chief Exec got a Napoleon complex?

Everything seemed to go wrong after the Poynton car accident.

P.S. Historians now suggest that Rumours that Napoleon had a Hilliard-Clarke Complex are unfounded. Apparently.

According to Cricinfo, Derbyshire started the season with a squad of 28 players. Essex, for example, had 22 before bringing in Salisbury & Sikander, so maybe Derbyshire were a bit bloated at the outset. Having said that, they have lost their leading run scorer (Moore) and a good bowler (Groenewald).

No doubt our chairman will be pointing out Derbyshire's traumas and telling everyone that it was good decision to stay in Div 2.  ::)

So what has happened to Moore? Groenewald I know about but they are back where they were 10 years ago it seems, maybe the Poynton trauma has affected them worse than everyone expected.

As I have said before ...too many players on the staff and too many 'support' staff. To paraphrase  a famous saying ...Resources expand to spend the income.
