Sadly both have taken a battering this winter. Neither have turned up in any form, embarrassing.

I have voted for the Women's team. At least the Men's team, know how to field and to keep themselves in condition.
-
I have gone for the men's team because they are still talking themselves up re winning the Champions trophy. They do not realise or accept how bad they are. At least the women took it on the chin.
-
The womens is worse because 50 over cricket is clearly the least important format these days outside the World Cup as far as the men are concerned. The fact there's a Champions Trophy coming up andthe fact and none of the teams have played more than a handful of games of 50 over cricket to prepare for it sums up where it's at. The women basically play 1 Test a year and everything else is white ball.
-
Yeah the women's is worse by far, an Ashes tour is the pinnacle of their sport, whereas no one cares about men's bilateral white ball cricket outside of World Cups. It probably won't exist within the 'power three' nations in ten years time and that might be a generous prediction.

Women?s team is unprofessional. Men?s team is just incompetently led.
