He only joined Essex because he was a mate of Ravi.

Watching him destroy Yorkshire in two days at Scarborough in 2017 is one of my best memories in nearly 50 years of watching Essex.

Slogger, also one of my best moments, especially as the racial abuse was so abhorrent towards him.

It certainly motivated him, no wonder there is an ongoing investigation of racism at YCCC.

I wonder if he's going to put in a similarly good performance as he did for us, or whether he will replicate what happened with Salim Malik and that leggie. History suggests that you can never tell with PK players.

I think he is a quality bowler.  I dont see Kent having any worries with him
