Apparently the club value our support.

If that was the case you'd think they would take note of our views.

Selling beer other than that brewed by Shepherd Neame would be a good start.

Why do they persist in having these meetings mid-week?

If they really valued us they would pick a weekend and lay on a buffet.

Two reasons I suspect. One is that "they've" never thopught of it. Second is that it's considered unfair to staff to expect them to turn up on a Saturday. Same reasoning as why committee meetings are held in the very early evenings.

If the club values our support why are they doing so much to drive us away. Like not having cheap membership for one day games, charging £10 more for a shirt than most other clubs, not having a range of local beer, still keeping Grayson employed and lastly not keeping us up to date with the building works.

Apart from that ...

are you happy?

Sorry but who could stay happy with the way the club treats their cash cows.
