Confession of a slly old sod!
Got all the way to the groound on an infrequent Firstbus from N Essex on Sunday and found that while I’d packed my lunch and ,my cans of beer, I’d forgotten my membership card.
However the chap on the River gate was cheerful and helpful and sent me over to the club shop for a day pass, where the ever-helpful Rowan sorted me out. Free day pass provided and up to the Tom Pearce for the day.

Yes Rowan and the ladies in the ticket office have always been helpful in my experience
