Reported in today's Sunday Telegraph. The Yougov 2016 sport index placed the Nat west blast above the FA cup in popularity. The blast comes in at 7th with international cricket 8th.
After a search I could not find the full list online.

The originator of the term 'Essex Man'. Awful snob, but good taste in cricket teams/formats.
