    ........"position of ignorance"......

YOU ARE  SO RUDE, i happen to prefer T20 to baseball and you then you have the audacity to call me ignorant.

Thee really is no need for personal insults.   I have my personal view and in this case i can say that i much prefer an English game to an American one.  I do actually know something about T20.  I know little about American rounders, but i don't like it.  I do like T20, is that an offence in your opinion? Don't bother to reply, as i can see what you are like from that initial uncalled for rude response

Interesting theory, there was no play at Cheltenham at the time he did his last post.

If he's that bright and cheerful, does it mean that Napes is a member of the Illuminati?

if you don't know much about baseball don't call it rounders as that is the kind of derogatory comment you complain about from others. Baseball hasn't devalued itself in order to appeal to people who don't like it. If this week's Open Golf became a pitch and putt tournament or Euro 2016 a five a side jolly would we be told it was progress and a valid development?

The greatness of cricket is that it can be played over any length of time and still be basically the same game with bat, ball, stumps and bails. There never has been just one format to the game and long may that continue. And it's the willingness to try new things like t20 that develops new skills and techniques benefitting all formats. As for baseball, I've watched it in Melbourne Park while walking the dog. The batters fail to put bat to ball even more than Mickleburgh. Not the game for me but each to his own as they say.
