Well we made it despite doing our best to throw it away at the end! With 6 overs to go we had it easily sewn up needing just 16 but contrived to panic/freeze depending on your point of view & lost 3 unnecessary wickets inc the Captain, we were almost full strength & struggled to beat a poor & half strength Middx team who continually under achieve at T20 (Despite this they won it in 2008 - once more than we have!).
Bearing in mind NRR could be crucial then we should have won by losing 2/3 wickets less, next week we qualify if we win & could finish 2nd if Sussex lose, should be a tough game & we have to play much better than last night although Kent have nothing to play for on the night.
The bowling was good with Tait the pick & probably his best display this season for us, Jesse was awesome with the bat, Westley also ba well & the fielding was good unlike Middx with the dropped catches & the so called catch of Tendo (ridiculous & not even worth appealing for, it clearly went to ground first, poor gamesmanship by the fielder I think).

It was a bit of a clumsy finish but it was still a pretty comfortable win.  We went level with them with over two overs to spare with six wickets in hand.
As for the Tendo catch having watched it on TV when I got home neither commentator was sure if it was a catch or not and the third umpire had a number of looks at it before giving the batsman the benefit of the doubt.  To me it looked more out than not out.

I think it was the angle you looked at. From where I was sitting it was clearly not out, though I agree it's marginal
