Arguably our best T20 performance of the season against a very good team who admittedly didn't really look up for it & who made the wrong decision to put us in (saying that We would have probably put them in if we'd won the toss).
At long last we have got the Hants T20 monkey off our backs and in some style with Jesse blasting a superb century (for once everything he tried came off) ably supported by Mark Pettini who must surely always feature in our 1 day teams when fit, great to see us not letting the spinners dictate to us & 212 was always going to take some beating. Hants batted poorly bar some late resistance & a cameo from Shah, the bowlers did their job superbly backed by some fine fielding & catching. I think we should now qualify, 2 wins may do it all 3 certainly. An excellent night & very well done to the team - more of the same please!!
