Coggeshall Cricket Week 2022

Discovered today that there will be a 3 day game starting on Tuesday 2nd August to conclude on Thursday 4th August - Essex U18 v Sussex U18 in the ECB U18 County Championship.

On Friday 5th a Essex Development team will play Suffolk 2nds at the same venue.

I know a number of forum members enjoyed this annual event, it seems the usual marque, beers, catering and facilities will be available as attendees were accustomed too. 

I know it's not Essex 2nds but better than nothing.

Sadly I’m by no means as mobile as I was, or wish to be, so doubt if I’ll get to Chelmsford this year, but I’m really looking forward to seeing some of our young hopefuls at Coggeshall. Especially as the son of an acquaintance may well be among them.
