Is this in the spirit of the game?

Gloucestershire: Zak Chappell, Brad Wheal and Jacob Bethell sign short-term loan deals

All signed on terms ranging from 1 game to 1 month and will play tomorrow. Not sure I think it should be allowed. Injuries are part of a season and Gloucester should have academy or second team players to call on first.

The loaning of players seems to be reaching epidemic levels. Waite has joined Worcester from Yorkshire but more curiously Surrey with all their resources have borrowed Brett Hutton from Notts to play one game against the mighty Sri Lanka development team. Surely they had a youngster available to get experience?

New Zealand have named allrounder Michael Rippon in their squad for white-ball matches in Ireland, Scotland and the Netherlands.

Rippon, who has made a combined 27 appearances for the Dutch in one-day internationals and T20Is, features as part of a 15-man group for the Europe tour. He played for the Netherlands against the Blackcaps in April.

This is just stupid. How can he play for two countries in 3 months?
