I would have preferred Keith Fletcher ...

Think I’d much rather having Fletch, as he is, managing the under 15s as opposed to being in, what is, a figurehead role

Good point, neil - I wouldn't want Fletch to stop that. It was great to see him chatting to supporters at Southampton and enjoying being part of the 'action'.
