Title: Kent game

Too many predetermined sweep shots to deliveries that were too full for the shot.

Shocking performance, real lack of variation in our bowling and I've never understood the fuss with Tait - for every fast yorker, he bowls 3 boundary balls.

Don't understand why Browne is in the team, he's not a boundary hitter and his place should be filled by Smith who can clear the fence.

Losing Jesse when he looked set was the turning point, especially with Westley deciding to have a net.

Browne is in the team because he's left handed more than anything I think.  a lot of these games are played with a short boundary on one side.

Ryder gets too many 20s in this cricket.  Very rarely plays match winning innings.

Tait needs to start justifying his wages.

Should've recruited another overseas batsman - they can win you 20-20 games. Bowlers very rarely do so - can only bowl 4 overs after all.

Tait is the leading wicket taker in the competition.  He has 15 wickets.  Admittedly we have  played more matches than other teams but still only 7 bowlers have taken 10 or more.

Ultimately its taking wickets with low economy?

I would think Taits job is to take wickets.  He is always liable to spray it about at times.  His economy rate is better than either Topley or Napier.  Topley is going at almost 10 an over and Napier not much less.

Unfair comment on Tait.

He has done a good job so far and did so couple years ago.

Has not let us down and is a solid pro who our younger bowlers can learn from.

Well Tait has been caned thus far tonight and poor the other night. Maybe he needs more cricket to keep fresh...

He got three wickets though and another one dropped off him.  His job is to take wickets which he has done.  He is always going to get hit about at times.  He always has done.  The pace he bowls the ball flys off the bat.
Browne showed today why he has been picked aswell.  It was easier for him against Rudolph and Cosker hitting with the spin to the short boundary as a left handed than it would have been for a right hander.
