Competition now cancelled to 2021 due to CV19 and the lockdown . Quite right in that respect .
The question to be raised now is do the players still get paid and do the counties still get 1.3m ?

Do you mean The Hundred Cancelled?
I haven't seen any announcement about 2020's T20 being played or not as yet

Having screwed up domestic cricket this megalomaniac now wants to take over the running of the world game. >:(

God help the ICC & all who belong to it!

Forget about the 100. By next year the new cricket fans who were going to attend will have.
That is if they existed in the first place.
-
The BBC are reporting that all contracts have been cancelled.

Brilliant. That means we can all look forward to another draft sometime in the autumn. I am counting the days.

The huge assumption being made is that mass spectator sport will be back in 2021. If we get a second spike of this disease, and a bloke who I work with who has a role in an NHS trust tells me they're planning on the basis on three waves like the Spanish flu of 1918, we might be looking at social distanced events for a while to come. Perhaps the success or otherwise of these tracing apps, which several countries are pursuing, may be the key? I don't know myself but maybe we'll all be back in April (apart from those with an underlying health condition) wearing face masks with the Essex crest?

If you excluded all those with an underlying health condition from county cricket matches you wouldn't have a crowd!

"face masks with the Essex crest" - now I like that idea. Anyone feeling entrepreneurial?
