Just shocking to hear about the passing of DJ. I know he was a rather controversial guy as player and media personality but taken far too soon.

Sad to see him go so early. I always enjoyed his batting, I always thought the bowlers were in with a chance when he was at the crease and he played risky shots.

A fine batsman indeed & certainly would have loved batting in T20 with his natural aggression, sadly gone far too early.

Certainly took on the bowlers, and great credit to play for unfashionable Derbyshire. Not just a see it hit it bat, think he got submitted to hospital after a long innings for the Aussies in India for dehydration .

Yes. He was put on an IV drip -  albeit Fosters rather than plasma.
